Quality Assurance System
Our Quality Commitment
Every solar light that leaves our factory passes four separate inspection stages before it is packed. We test each unit individually rather than sampling a batch, and we keep production records that let us trace any unit sold back to the materials it was built from.
- Incoming material inspection on every delivered lot
- In-process checks at each assembly step
- 100% finished-goods testing — no sampling
- Batch records retained for traceability and warranty claims

Incoming Material Inspection
Nothing enters the production line before it has been checked. LED chips are verified for output and colour consistency, lithium cells for capacity and internal resistance, solar panels for open-circuit voltage and surface condition, and drivers and controllers for function and protection behaviour. A lot that does not meet its specification is rejected at the gate — it never reaches an assembly bench.
In-Process Quality Checks
Quality is verified as each unit is built, not only at the end of the line. Wiring and polarity are confirmed before a housing is closed, module connections are tested, sealing and gasket fit are inspected, and controller parameters are verified against the order specification. Because we assemble complete units under one roof, a problem found at one station is corrected there rather than being discovered after shipping.
100% Finished-Goods Testing
Every finished light — not a sample — completes an aging cycle under load to confirm charge and discharge behaviour and to expose early failures before dispatch. Each unit then goes through an IP65 waterproof test to verify the seal on that specific fixture. Only units that pass both tests are packed; anything that fails is returned to the line and re-tested.
Batch Traceability
Production runs are recorded by batch, covering the material lots used, the configuration built and the test results for that run. If a customer reports a problem months after delivery, we can identify which batch the unit came from, confirm what went into it and respond with facts rather than assumptions. Those same records are what make our 5-year limited warranty workable instead of promotional.
Buyer Inspection
We accept inspection by the buyer or by a third-party inspection agency appointed by the buyer — including SGS, BV, TÜV or another agency of your choice — before the goods are shipped. Inspection fees are borne by the buyer. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange a suitable inspection date and have the order ready at the agreed time.
As supporting documentation we also provide pre-shipment photos and video of the finished goods and their packing, so you can review the order before it leaves the factory even if you do not arrange an on-site inspection.
Certifications & Compliance
- CE (EMC) — designed and tested against EU LVD / EMC requirements
- RoHS — restricted substances compliance
- IP65 — ingress protection verified fixture by fixture
- 5-Year Limited Warranty — supported by traceable batch records
Certificate numbers, full test reports and our business licence are issued on request, and can be released under NDA for tender submissions.
Request Certificates & Test Reports
Tell us which model and which market you are supplying, and we will send the certificates and test reports that apply to it.
