Qichenshop offers OEM and ODM services for solar street lights, LED flood lights and outdoor wall lights. As a factory with in-house assembly, 100% aging testing, IP65 testing and batch traceability, we support branding, configuration changes and structural customization for distributors, contractors and project buyers. This page explains the minimum order quantities, customization options, sampling and tooling costs, lead times and payment terms.
1. What We Offer
- OEM: your brand applied to our existing product platform – logo, color, packaging, manuals and configuration changes.
- ODM: deeper customization on top of the OEM scope, including parameter redesign and structural changes, subject to engineering assessment.
Both services start from the same MOQ, so smaller distributors can access custom branding without a large entry commitment.

Mixed-model orders within one shipment are acceptable; the 50-unit minimum applies to each customized model. This keeps the entry commitment predictable: you can brand two models in one container at 50 units each, instead of consolidating the volume into a single SKU.

4. Sampling and Tooling

Sampling and tooling fees cover engineering time, materials and machining. Exact amounts are confirmed in the project quotation before any payment is due.
For mold projects, the fee depends on which structural parts require new tooling – a housing change and an optical lens change, for example, are quoted as separate items. The refund conditions are cumulative, so repeat orders across multiple shipments count toward the 2,000-unit or USD 50,000 threshold rather than resetting with each purchase order.

Lead times exclude shipping time and are subject to order volume; larger projects receive a confirmed production schedule at order confirmation.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is made by T/T: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Other arrangements for large projects can be discussed with your sales contact.
7. How to Start
- Share your requirements: send the target model, configuration, branding and quantity to info@qichenshop.com or via WhatsApp. Reference datasheets and installation environment photos help the engineering assessment move faster.
- Confirm the specification and quotation: we assess feasibility, confirm the configuration, sampling fee and tooling cost, and provide the project quotation.
- Sampling and bulk production: after the deposit is received, samples are produced within the stated lead time; bulk production starts upon your sample approval.
During bulk production, every unit passes aging testing and IP65 testing as part of the standard process, and batch traceability records are kept so that any field issue can be traced back to its production batch. Samples from the approved pilot run are archived for comparison against delivery batches.
